Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred.
• 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience required; professional services/public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, from kickoff to offer close.
• Partner with leaders, resource management and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess top talent, focusing on building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate interviews and debriefs; ensure alignment with hiring managers.
• Lead the offer process, including negotiation and extension, with HR and leadership.
