Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and full-cycle recruiting for non-client-facing roles. You will conduct structured interviews, assess candidates, and manage offers in partnership with HR.

Strong interviewing, candidate experience, and documentation are essential. The role involves collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring partners to understand role requirements, market conditions, and sourcing strategies across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of
• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related field
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting within professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Ability to attract and retain talent and build relationships in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives with a large number of structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Evaluate candidate fit against established criteria and provide clear recommendations
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Manage interview activity and maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system
• Lead the offers process in partnership with HR and key decision makers
• Develop relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and external sources
• Understand talent market conditions to support effective recruiting strategies
