Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm or agency recruiting preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and drive change in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews and assessments across designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against established criteria and provide clear recommendations.
• Deliver a consistent, engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Manage interview activity and document candidate disposition within the ATS.
• Partner with recruiting team members and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Lead the employment offer process in partnership with HR and decision makers.
