Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and full life cycle recruiting for non-client-facing roles. You will interview, assess, and present qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers across a matrix organization.

This role emphasizes a strong candidate experience and efficient ATS management. The position offers opportunities to partner with HR, source active and passive candidates, and contribute to strategic hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of
• 1 year of experience required
• Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring with structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Evaluate candidate fit against selection criteria and provide recommendations
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage interview activity and documentation in the ATS
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand requirements and priorities
• Lead employment offers in partnership with HR and key decision makers
• Develop relationships with candidates, leaders and external sourcing partners
• Understand market conditions to inform recruiting strategies
• Contribute across Talent Attraction to support changing priorities
• Promote the employee referral program and recruit effectively
