You will manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires, partnering with hiring managers and HR on workforce needs and strategy.

This role emphasizes relationship building, proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates, and collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and drive change in a matrix environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires.
• Understand talent needs with hiring partners and HR.
• Source qualified active and passive candidates.
• Screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Facilitate and participate in candidate interviews and debriefings.
• Lead and manage the employment offer process with HR and decision makers.
• Maintain the firm's applicant tracking system and ensure postings are accurate.
