Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to drive US hiring while supporting global recruitment efforts. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, interview candidates, and craft offers.

You will also lead campus outreach and employer events to attract top talent. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in talent acquisition, a background across tech or professional services, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruiting/talent acquisition, in-house and agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related discipline desirable.
• Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services.
• Experience in U.S. market recruitment and candidate mapping.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates and building relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in the U.S. and abroad with strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop/update job descriptions across service lines.
• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate progression to offers.
• Oversee interview scheduling with recruitment coordination.
• Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with preboarding for smooth onboarding locally.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships with strategic hiring advice.
• Represent Kroll at Employer Networking Events and campus relations.
• Meet talent acquisition and staffing metrics and participate in global initiatives.
