Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to join our U.S. team, focusing on recruiting experienced professionals primarily in the United States with opportunities to support global needs.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and drive onboarding, campus relations, and talent initiatives while representing Kroll at recruiting events.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, in-house and agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business desirable.
• Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services sectors.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to work across matrix organizations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in the U.S. and abroad, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop or update job descriptions for various roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and progress candidates through rounds and offers.
• Conduct passive candidate recruitment to identify top talent.
• Oversee interview scheduling with the recruitment coordination team.
• Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with preboarding to ensure smooth local onboarding.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships with strategic hiring advice.
• Represent Kroll at employer networking events and manage campus relations in the U.S.
• Meet talent acquisition and staffing metrics; participate in global and regional TA projects.
• Communicate staffing needs with the Business Partner team.
