Kroll is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting efforts in the United States and support international roles. This role focuses on hiring experienced professionals while collaborating with global teams to drive strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, crafting descriptions, interviewing candidates, and building strong partner relationships with HR, Operations, Rewards and Immigration.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with in-house and agency exposure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field is desirable.
• Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services sectors is preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates in the U.S. market and engaging passive candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in the U.S. and abroad with a strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop/update job descriptions across service lines.
• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate progression through interviews and offers.
• Oversee interview scheduling with recruitment coordination team.
• Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
• Build relationships with clients and provide strategic staffing advice.
