Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition in the U.S. to lead recruitment for experienced professionals and support global functions. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, collaboration with hiring managers, and strategic sourcing across service lines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting, a HR or business degree, and comfort with U.S. market dynamics, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and cross-functional teamwork within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with in-house and agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related discipline desirable.
• Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services sectors.
• Significant U.S. market recruitment knowledge and multi-channel sourcing.
• Skilled at engaging passive candidates and building cross-functional relationships.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; direct sourcing and mapping.
• Familiar with ATS software, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in the U.S. and abroad, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop/update job descriptions across service lines.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate progression through interview rounds and offers.
• Conduct passive candidate recruitment to identify top-tier talent.
• Oversee interview scheduling with the recruitment coordination team.
• Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the preboarding team for smooth local onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with clients to provide strategic hiring advice.
• Represent Kroll at employer events and manage campus relations in the U.S.
• Meet talent acquisition and staffing metrics and participate in regional projects.
