Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to join our US team. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle in the United States and abroad, partnering with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and drive best-in-class candidate experiences.

The role emphasizes sourcing passive candidates, coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and shaping campus relations. You will navigate cross-functional relationships across HR, Operations, Rewards, and Immigration

Qualifications

Minimum of five years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with in-house and agency experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is desirable.
Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services sectors preferred.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in US and abroad with a stellar candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write/update job descriptions across service lines.
Conduct initial interviews and progress candidates through interview rounds and offers.
Recruit passive candidates and manage interview scheduling with coordination team.
Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
