Job summary

Kroll seeks a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to recruit in the U.S. and contribute globally. You will manage the full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and lead strategic recruiting initiatives across service lines.

Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, campus engagement, and a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Strong communication and sourcing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in recruiting/talent acquisition with in-house and agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is desirable.
• Experience recruiting in technology, cyber, or professional services sectors.
• Experience recruiting within the U.S. market and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Skilled at engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle and onboarding in the U.S. and abroad with an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create/update job descriptions across service lines.
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through interview rounds and offers.
• Conduct passive candidate recruitment to identify top talent.
• Oversee interview scheduling with the recruitment coordination team.
• Develop competitive offer proposals with hiring managers.
• Support preboarding locally with the preboarding team.
• Maintain key client relationships with strategic hiring advice.
• Represent Kroll at employer networking events and campus relations in the U.S.
• Meet talent acquisition and staffing metrics and participate in global initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing needs with the Business Partner team.
