Job summary

Kroll, a global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions, is seeking a Manager, Experienced Global Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting in the United States with opportunities to recruit globally. You will guide the end-to-end process, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technology, cyber, and professional services roles.

This role emphasizes candidate experience, campus engagement, and collaboration across global teams to meet staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a business-related discipline is desirable.
• Experience recruiting within technology, cyber, or professional services sectors is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with a mix of in-house and agency work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes in the U.S. and abroad, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop or update job descriptions for various roles across service lines.
• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate progression through interview rounds and offers.
• Oversee interview scheduling and coordinate with the recruitment coordination team.
• Develop competitive offer proposals in partnership with hiring managers.
• Maintain and nurture key client relationships to provide strategic hiring advice.
• Represent Kroll at employer networking events and campus relations in the U.S.
