Alvarez & Marsal in Tampa, FL seeks a senior recruiter to lead full lifecycle hiring for executive and senior-level roles across the firm. You will partner with service lines, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers while maintaining strong pipelines.

The role demands a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments, mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite, and the ability to build relationships with leadership to align talent with business goals.

Competenze

• 5-10+ years of full life cycle recruiting in management consulting or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Extensive senior-level/experienced hire recruitment experience.
• Strong research and candidate generation skills at the executive level.

Mansioni

• Partner with service line leaders to source, interview and present candidates for various positions.
• Source, interview and build pipelines for specific service lines.
• Coordinate scheduling and collect feedback from interview teams.
• Communicate with Talent Acquisition and leaders to align interviewing steps.
• Assist with market research, job descriptions and talent insights.
• Create sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite and nurture candidate relationships.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure internal equity.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records with attention to detail.
