Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and intellectually curious.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the A&M recruiting process
• Support hiring teams by creating interview schedules, working through scheduling issues, and developing solutions when travel delays or other scheduling conflicts arise
• Assist with management of candidate queries throughout recruitment process to ensure timely and exemplary candidate experience
• Send interview confirmation emails to candidates and interview teams and collect feedback
• Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team including: posting jobs, creating offer letters, managing expense reimbursement and managing external recruiter relationships
• Create reports for the Talent Acquisition team to share with leadership
