Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization’s recruitment function, partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies for engineering and other highly technical roles, while shaping talent pipelines across multiple sites.

You will build and grow a high-performing recruiting team, set clear performance standards, and own the full-cycle process from requisition to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years leading recruiting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on workforce strategies.
• Develop and manage pipelines for critical/technical roles.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
