Job summary

Workhorse is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our recruiting function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on attracting engineering, manufacturing, IT, and leadership talent while building scalable processes, systems, and strategies.

Initially, you will be an individual contributor managing critical searches, with potential to build and lead a TA team as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional salaried positions.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, salaried, and leadership roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Own recruiting workflows, templates, approvals, and reporting within the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define requirements and timelines.
• Help design a scalable Talent Acquisition model to support growth.
