Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization’s talent acquisition function and drive recruiting strategies that attract highly skilled engineering and technical talent.

You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and use data to continually improve recruiting outcomes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience across aerospace disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading recruiting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to translate headcount plans into recruiting strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
