Job summary

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment processes while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience. The role requires 5+ years in recruitment with 3+ years leading teams, a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Excel and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business, HR or related field, or 10+ years in recruiting.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and coordinating across regions.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and social media/job boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, source qualified applicants and drive pipeline.
• Oversee recruitment budget and vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, OFCCP and regulations.
• Improve candidate experience and reporting with metrics.
