Wayfair is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team for North America Supply Chain roles. The hybrid, full-time position requires onsite work at least 2 days per week with remaining days remote, and travel to other sites as needed.

You will own sourcing strategy, interview processes, and data analysis while partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a Talent Acquisition team.
• 5+ years recruiting, with high-volume or supply chain/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong capacity planning to maximize recruiter efficiency.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Talent Acquisition team responsible for high-volume recruiting for front-line positions within the North America Supply Chain across multiple markets.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators by creating a safe and supportive environment where they can make a meaningful impact.
• Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for sourcing top talent and streamlining the recruiting process to achieve Wayfair's hiring goals.
• Partner with business leaders to proactively identify target candidate profiles and promote Wayfair job opportunities.
• Optimize sourcing and interviewing strategies to improve recruiting metrics and drive business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning, culture, processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.
• Lead by example by supporting top priority open roles when needed.
