Responsibilities

• High volume recruiting for our Satisfaction Place group.
• Partner, advisor, and counsel to stakeholders by creating and executing strategies to recruit top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Source applicants from online sources, social networks, employee references, and networking events.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process, including pre-qualifying and interviewing.
• Ensure a quality candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer readiness and effective interview design.
• Work cross-functionally and cooperatively in a culture of continuous improvement.
