Job summary

Wayfair LLC is seeking a contract recruiter to support high-volume, full lifecycle recruitment for NA Supply Chain frontline roles in a hybrid setting based in Romeoville, IL. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers with a focus on candidate experience and data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a culture of continuous improvement; meet the 4+ month contract timeline, with onsite requirement of at least 2 days per week at a fulfillment center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; high volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to work with urgency, deliver recruiting results, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise amid competing demands.
• Comfort in a data-driven environment, using metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for high-volume NA Supply Chain frontline positions.
• Source candidates using online channels, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Manage candidate flow through pre-qualification, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and effective interviewer readiness.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams within a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fulfill contract commitment of 4+ months (3+ month contract duration).
