Wayfair is seeking a Recruiter II to own a full portfolio of technical requisitions, from sourcing to offer negotiation, in a hybrid Boston HQ role. You’ll build pipelines for Software Engineering, Data Science/ML, Analytics, and Product Management, using proactive outreach to passive candidates.

With 1–2 years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, you’ll collaborate with engineering leaders, calibrate hiring standards, and drive data-informed strategies to fill roles quickly while

Qualifications

• Experience filling engineering or technical roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics focus.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of technical requisitions end-to-end.
• Source and map the talent market for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with engineering and hiring managers as an advisor.
• Own offer strategy and negotiate close.
