You will run independent searches across Software Engineering, Data Science/ML, Analytics, and Product Management, emphasizing market-informed sourcing and a consistent candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to discuss Software Engineering, Data Science/ML, Analytics, or Product Management roles.
• Experience owning requisitions independently and closing against offers.
• Proven sourcing capability including passive candidates.
• Comfort using data and funnel metrics to guide strategy.
• Strong organization and judgement under competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of technical requisitions end-to-end.
• Proactively source and map the talent market for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with engineering and hiring managers as advisor.
• Lead offer strategy and closing for competitive candidates.
• Review funnel metrics and adjust strategy to improve speed and quality.
