Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and ATS updates across multiple requisitions. You will administer postings, coordinate offers, and support onboarding transitions while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in recruiting coordination, strong knowledge of ATS platforms, and proficiency in MS Office. A collaborative, cross-functional environment with a focus on efficiency and candidate

Qualifications

• Associate degree or professional certification in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition support.
• Understanding of ATS concepts, requisition workflows, candidate status tracking, and data requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting, iCIMS) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate travel, and recruiting logistics across multiple requisitions and teams.
• Administer job postings, candidate tracking, and ATS updates; manage offer administration and onboarding transitions.
• Support recruiting reporting, data management, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Provide guidance to recruiters and hiring teams on established coordination processes and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records and ensure compliance with procedures.
