Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime to support Navy training initiatives and modernization.

The role centers on MWPTS console operation, scenario generation, and hands‑on system expertise across IAMD, ASW/SUW, and SUW curricula in a demanding, strategic environment. You will deliver classroom instruction, mentor students, and align curricula with NMETL standards while collaborating with SMWDC and fleet stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An active DoW Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of military/government/defense experience in Navy systems and operations.
• Minimum 5 years aboard Navy ships or equivalent staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate MWPTS console and manage instructor workstations and training pods.
• Generate and control training scenarios using SGCS and associated tools.
• Deliver high-velocity tactical lectures and mentor WTI candidates and shipboard teams.
• Assess performance against NMETL, SFRM, and fleet TTPs.
