Serco Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime to support Navy training modernization. This position is based in Norfolk, VA or Washington, DC with hybrid telework.

Must hold a DoW Secret clearance and have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Navy Surface Ships and training system experience. You will coordinate MPT plans, interpret SIDs and BOMs, liaise with NAVSEA and government partners, provide training impact feedback, and contribute to ILS and NTSP efforts while

Formación

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience with Navy Surface Ships, Navy Training Courses, Navy Ship Availabilities, and Navy Training Systems Plans.
• Functional knowledge of MPT Plans, Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certificates.
• Technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support the creation, review, and tracking of SCDs needed to install ship alterations and upgrades.
• Interpret Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Bills of Material (BOMs), and ship specification data.
• Liaise with NAVSEA/PAE Maritime program offices, Ship Class Managers, and Government entities.
• Provide training impact feedback to the Ship’s Program Manager (SPM) SRBs for fleet change approvals.
• Support the ILS Certificates team with training evaluations.
• Support the MPT Plan development team with training evaluations.
