Job summary

PAE Mission Systems seeks a Senior Training Analyst with a Navy curriculum development background to support mission-critical training initiatives. The role emphasizes NAVEDTRA processes, CPM/LOM, FEA, and NTSP lifecycle updates for Navy training systems to ensure fleet readiness.

You will develop and update instructional materials, collaborate with program managers, engineers, and logistics to reflect system updates, and ensure training aligns with Navy ISD standards and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5–7 years Navy curriculum development or Instructional Systems Design experience.
• Proficiency with CPM and LOM.
• Strong working knowledge of NAVEDTRA instructions and the Navy ISD process.
• Experience conducting FEA and developing NTSPs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Navy training curricula per NAVEDTRA 130, 131, 136, 138.
• Use CPM and LOM to design learning objectives and course structures.
• Conduct Front End Analysis to identify gaps and solutions.
• Develop and update NTSPs documenting system-level training requirements.
• Coordinate with program managers, engineers, and logistics to reflect updates.
• Produce Lesson Plans, Trainee Guides, assessments, and instructor materials.
• Ensure materials meet PAE quality standards and Navy ISD methodology.
• Participate in program reviews and curriculum approvals.
• Provide ongoing support to instructors and fleet stakeholders during rollout.
