Serco is seeking a Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime in Norfolk, VA, with a hybrid work option. The role provides program management, acquisition lifecycle support, and data-driven reporting across Navy training systems and modernization programs.

You will collaborate with PMS 339 leadership, engineers, contractors, and gover nment stakeholders to plan, execute, and sustain Navy training offerings while developing dashboards and briefing materials for executive review.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years relevant experience in military/government or related programs; or 3 extra years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, status reporting, and administrative operations in military/government/technical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex information via briefings, reports, trackers, and minutes.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to PMS 339 leadership.
• Assist with facilities planning, project execution, and sustainment activities.
• Develop and coordinate SOWs, technical proposals, cost estimates, and planning data.
• Coordinate with task managers, engineering, construction, and stakeholders.
• Support PPBE activities with planning data, cost estimates, and budgeting.
• Develop project status briefs, trackers, and dashboards for cost, schedule, risk, milestones.
• Assist with AI-enabled dashboards and data-management processes for visibility.
