Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or 3 additional years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and status reporting in military/government environments.
• Ability to organize complex information via briefings, trackers, and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to leadership.
• Assist with facilities-related planning, project execution, and sustainment activities for Navy training systems.
• Develop, review, and coordinate SOWs, technical proposals, cost estimates, and program artifacts.
• Coordinate with Task Managers, engineers, construction contractors and external orgs to support requirements and issue resolution.
• Support PPBE activities by organizing inputs, planning data, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project status briefs, trackers, dashboards, and reports on cost, schedule, risk, and milestones.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards and data-management processes to improve visibility.
• Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries for leadership review.
• Facilitate meetings, document actions, and track follow-ups.
• Assist with budget-forecasting for training-system acquisition and sustainment.
• Support lifecycle activities from planning to transition to sustainment in line with DoD guidance.
