Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Navy Training Analyst to support the PMS 339 Surface Training Systems Program Office in Washington, D.C., developing Manpower, Personnel and Training Requirements for Navy surface ship programs and leading program analysis tasks.

The role demands strong writing and presentation skills, the ability to brief senior government staff, and collaboration with IPTs, SMEs and shipboard stakeholders while maintaining a Secret clearance and travel up to 10% if required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Associate’s degree required; exceptions may apply with relevant experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic AI and LLM fundamentals.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to translate technical details for senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as a team member, attending meetings and briefings.
• Develop briefs and recommendations for government senior-level staff.
• Lead or participate in IPTs, training, and other forums as required.
• Provide manpower and training support for construction and modernization programs.
• Provide SME input on NTSPs, Manpower analysis, and training requirements.
• Research NTSPs and discuss with Points of Contact to resolve training issues.
• Create, draft, and review action item trackers and status reports.
• Interface with multiple stakeholders to advance NTSPs and FEAs.
