Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior TA Partner to own complex, specialized searches in our Cybersecurity/GRC and Salesforce ecosystem practices.

You’ll partner directly with client hiring managers, run full-cycle searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and help shape how our team uses AI across sourcing, screening and evaluation. This is a hands-on senior IC role with real influence on how the operation evolves.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, including agency, staffing or RPO
• Proven track record recruiting in Salesforce or Cybersecurity domains
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse) and data-driven KPIs
• Fluent English; Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Strong knowledge of LATAM tech talent markets (Argentina, Brazil)
• Experience using AI recruiting tools (Metaview/Noon/Claude) and building repeatable workflows

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, from intake to offer
• Lead intake calls to translate client needs into precise search criteria
• Run AI-assisted sourcing and enrichment to build qualified pipelines
• Maintain clean data in Greenhouse and accurate KPI reporting
• Create JD content and candidate summaries using AI tools
• Advise clients on LATAM compensation, contractor vs. EOR models and time-to-fill
• Mentor mid-level recruiters and contribute to team playbooks
