HighLevel is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for U.S. and LATAM roles while partnering with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes proactive pipeline building, data-driven decision making, and an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain accurate candidate data, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment regulations; LATAM practices preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
