Gap Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition to shape candidate experiences across our iconic brands. You will coordinate interviews, support the offer process, and partner with recruiters and HR to create a seamless, inclusive recruiting journey.

You will manage high-volume scheduling, handle pre- and post-employment steps, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and a people-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Champion Gap Inc.'s culture and employer brand to attract diverse talent.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for multi-stage and onsite interviews.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with recruiters and TA leaders to drive priorities and initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and keep candidates, recruiters, and teams moving forward.
• Oversee pre- and post-employment processes, including background checks and relocation authorizations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday.
• Document and improve scheduling and candidate-experience processes; leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide team decisions.
• Lead or contribute to projects of varying scope with strong execution.
• Provide escalation support for scheduling challenges and train new coordinators.
• Use AI in daily workflow to streamline communications and admin tasks.
