Responsabilidades

• Champion Gap Inc.’s culture and employer brand, attracting diverse talent.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for multi-stage and onsite interviews.
• Deliver an inclusive, high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and TA leaders to drive priorities and initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Own pre- and post-employment processes, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain confidential candidate data in Workday.
• Improve scheduling and candidate-experience processes using AI.
• Leverage trends to keep the team informed and ahead of the market.
• Lead or contribute to projects with strong execution and attention to detail.
• Escalate complex scheduling issues and train coordinators.
• Use AI tools daily to streamline scheduling and communications.
