Job summary

Santriya Technologies Ltd in the United States seeks an AI Candidate Experience Coordinator to coordinate a transparent, responsive candidate journey using AI-assisted scheduling, communication and case management while ensuring candidate data, consent and human contact are respected.

You will operate with approved product documentation and enterprise AI tools to retrieve, summarize and draft communications, ensuring outputs align with policies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across candidates and panels and manage changes promptly.
• Use AI to draft routine communications and summarize logistics, checking tone, facts and dates.
• Keep ATS stages, notes, consent and contact preferences accurate.
• Provide candidates with role/process information from approved materials.
• Coordinate assessments, feedback reminders, offer documentation and onboarding handoffs.
• Escalate accommodations, complaints, conflicts or sensitive cases to appropriate owners.
• Never use AI to assess candidate merit or infer sensitive characteristics.
• Track response times, cancellation reasons and candidate feedback.
