ADT is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Technology & AI Operations, to oversee AI-enabled solutions and daily TA tech operations. You will improve AI performance, support launches, and maintain reliable experiences for recruiters and hiring leaders.

Working with TA, TA Technology, HR Tech, IT, and governance teams, you will own issues, drive enhancements, and ensure strong operational controls while translating business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 5+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition technology, HR operations, or analytics.
• Experience supporting, testing, troubleshooting, or optimizing technology and translating needs into requirements.
• Experience with operations support, UAT, workflow management, or vendor administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor AI agents, automation, and emerging tech for performance and quality.
• Investigate AI and tech issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate fixes.
• Support AI and tech launches from testing through post-launch stabilization.
• Analyze data and feedback to recommend improvements and report outcomes.
• Partner with TA stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
