Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst III – Systems & Network Engineer to support, maintain, and improve our enterprise infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, and collaboration environments in a hybrid Texas setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership for advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure implementations, network administration, and modernization efforts across corporate offices, data centers, and remote work environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
7+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
5+ years with Windows environments and Entra ID/Azure
5+ years of LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, routing, switching
3+ years deploying network/infrastructure in data centers or offices

Responsibilities

Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting for enterprise networks, servers, endpoints, virtualization, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
Support a hybrid workforce of 1,000+ endpoints across offices, data centers, and remote sites.
Configure and manage Windows Server, MS 365, Entra ID, AD, Group Policy, Intune, and Conditional Access.
Deploy and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, VPNs, SD-WAN, and secure remote access.
Lead or support infrastructure projects from requirements through implementation and handoff.
Collaborate with Information Security on secure configurations, segmentation, MFA, and zero-trust concepts.
