Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Manager, IT Systems Engineering to lead secure, reliable tech operations across clinical sites and remote work. You will own enterprise networking, cloud services, automation, and team leadership to enable business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, networking, operations, or service delivery.
At least three years of experience leading technical teams.
Five+ years of experience in an IT management or technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure and security.
Lead enterprise IT solutions and device provisioning.
Identify and design AI-enabled automation to streamline IT operations and improve service delivery.
Ensure AI solutions are deployed properly and securely across the organization.
Serve as Technical Lead for infrastructure, cloud, and site expansion initiatives.
Develop IT project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
Recruit, coach, and develop IT professionals and foster a collaborative culture.
Partner with security, privacy, compliance, and legal teams on audits and data protection.
