Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking a senior Technical Analyst III – Systems & Network Engineer to support, maintain, and improve our enterprise infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, and collaboration environments. This hands‑on role requires advanced troubleshooting, project leadership, and collaboration with IT Security and business teams across offices, data centers, and remote sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or related tech.
• 5+ years supporting Windows environments with 1,000+ endpoints.
• 3+ years deploying network/infrastructure equipment in data centers or offices.
• 3+ years supporting hybrid or cloud-managed environments (M365/Azure/Entra ID).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration for enterprise networks, servers, endpoints, virtualization, cloud services.
• Support a hybrid workforce of 1,000+ endpoints across offices, data centers, and remote sites.
• Configure Windows Server, M365, Entra ID, AD, Group Policy, and Intune.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and secure remote access.
• Support Cisco technologies and related security tooling.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects from requirements through handoff.
• Collaborate with Information Security for secure configurations and zero-trust principles.
• Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery testing.
