Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking a dependable Technical Analyst I to support IT operations, asset management, equipment deployment, and user support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on hardware knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering strong customer service.

The position focuses on managing hardware lifecycle, shipping equipment, and providing first-level support for Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365 in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT support or service desk experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Ethernet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for IT hardware and assets.
• Prepare and ship equipment to employees and locations.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, Windows, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
