Job summary

GetixHealth, a leading healthcare services firm, seeks a Technical Analyst III – Systems & Network Engineer to support and modernize our enterprise infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, and collaboration environments.

The role is senior, hands-on, and collaborates with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and business teams to ensure availability, security, and performance across corporate offices, data centers, and remote work environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure/networking experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Windows environments (AD/Entra ID ~1000+ endpoints).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting for enterprise networks, servers, endpoints, virtualization, cloud services, storage, and collaboration tech.
• Support 1,000+ endpoints across offices, data centers, and remote locations.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and secure remote access.
