Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Systems Engineer III to lead enterprise IT across server, virtualization, backup, cloud, identity, and Citrix environments. You will set technical direction and act as final authority for complex operations, with executive-facing communication.

The role is a full-time remote position, with hybrid work from the Nashville area for local candidates, and requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering and healthcare IT exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 11+ years in enterprise systems engineering, MSP or multi-site healthcare.
• Expert Citrix CVAD design and administration.
• Experience with HIPAA/HITRUST in systems.

Responsibilities

• Own long-horizon systems roadmaps with IT Architect.
• Lead Tier 3 issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Architect and optimize Citrix environment (CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler, MCS/PVS).
• Drive automation of provisioning, patching, and config.
• Define DR standards and perform validation testing.
• Represent IT in vendor discussions.
• Mentor engineers and enforce standards.
• Coordinate with Network Engineer on joint solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Occasional travel to practice sites.
