Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Systems Engineer III for its IT Operations team. This role oversees the Citrix environment and enterprise infrastructure, driving architecture, automation, and secure, scalable platform delivery in a remote work setting with hybrid options for Nashville-area staff.

The ideal candidate has deep Citrix expertise, enterprise systems experience, and executive-facing communication skills to influence across leadership and peers.

Qualifications

• Enterprise systems architecture across compute, virtualization, backup, cloud, and identity.
• Citrix CVAD/DaaS design and administration, Citrix ADC, MCS/PVS image management.
• Expert Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own long-horizon systems domain roadmap with IT Architect.
• Lead Tier 3 escalation for complex issues and root-cause analysis.
• Architect, engineer, and optimize Citrix environment (CVAD/DaaS, ADC, StoreFront, MCS/PVS).
• Design automation for provisioning, patching, and config using PowerShell and IaC.
• Define hardening, backup, DR standards compliant with HIPAA/HITRUST.
• Represent IT in vendor discussions for systems platforms and cloud services.
• Set and enforce system standards across practices.
