Job summary

RTX is seeking a qualified professional to join the Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) team in McKinney, TX. You will contribute to analytic studies, develop model-based solutions, and create multi-fidelity simulations to support mission analysis and decision making.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in scripting (Python, MATLAB, Shell, Perl), and experience with AF SIM, OneSAF, Brawler, STK or similar tools, plus a Active Secret

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, Shell and/or Perl.
Experience with Government/Industry Modeling and Simulation tools including AFSIM, OneSAF, Brawler, STK or similar.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Contribute in a team environment and develop analytic approaches to inform programmatic decisions.
Develop and implement model-based solutions for mission trade studies using simulations.
Develop variable-fidelity models and simulations capturing system effects in threat environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
