Job summary

RTX's Operations and Mission Analysis team in McKinney, Texas seeks a Senior Systems Engineer – Mission Analyst to develop and run mission simulations, analyze results, and produce actionable data for program decisions.

You will use Python and MATLAB to build variable-fidelity models across sensors, C2, and weapons domains, and present findings to customers in formal briefings. A STEM degree and 5+ years of defense modeling are required, along with a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Python and MATLAB.
• Security clearance required (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mission simulations and analyze results.
• Develop and integrate variable-fidelity models for sensor, C2, and weapons domains.
• Lead technical reviews with customers and communicate findings.
