Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as Scrum Master for an agile team in Woburn, MA, focused on AN/TPY-2 system performance analysis and verification. On-site role within the SELRR department, collaborating across engineering, product, and external customers to drive performance validation.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, Agile experience, and active DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in radar data and performance analysis.
• Experience in Agile environments and/or projects.
• Experience in oversight of cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from scope changes.
• Coach engineers on Agile practices to improve collaboration and backlog quality.
• Ensure clear communication across engineering, product, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate blockers, burndown tracking, and cross-team dependencies.
• Support system performance assessments, threat evaluation, and validation scenarios.
• Perform TPM assessments, trade studies, and performance gap analyses.
• Provide technical direction and manage roadblocks with customers.
• Monitor team budget, planning, and cost-to-complete status.
