Job summary
RTX in Woburn, MA is seeking a Systems Engineer II to serve as Scrum Master for an agile team focused on AN/TPY‑2 performance analysis and verification. This onsite role supports the SELRR department delivering world‑class missile defense radar systems.

Qualifications
- Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with radar data and performance analysis or related systems engineering.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from scope changes.
- Coach team on Agile principles to improve collaboration and backlog quality.
- Ensure clear communication across engineering, product, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate blockers, burndown metrics, and cross-team dependencies.
- Support system performance assessment activities and scenario development for validation.
