RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as Product Owner for an agile team focused on AN/TPY-2 performance analysis and verification in the Long Range Radars Department. This onsite role is based in Woburn, MA, reporting to the SE&TC Surface Radars & Sensors Center.

• STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Radar data analysis or related systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading a technical effort.
• Experience monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog with clear user stories.
• Lead backlog refinement, break epics into estimable stories, define sprint objectives.
• Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution for the AN/TPY-2 program.
• Support milestones, schedule updates, EV tracking, and prioritization.
• Contribute to system performance assessments, threat evaluation, validation.
• Perform requirements verification, TPM assessments, trade studies, gap analyses.
• Provide direction, remove blockers, collaborate with customers.
• Support proposal efforts and monitor cost-to-complete status.
