Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to serve as Product Owner for an agile team focused on system performance analysis and verification supporting the AN/TPY‑2 radar. This onsite role is based in Woburn, MA, within the SELRR department.

You will guide requirements, deliverables, and Collaboration with customers, while overseeing cost and schedule performance for the program. A DoD clearance is required to proceed with this opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in radar data and performance analysis or related systems engineering.
• Experience leading a technical effort.
• Experience overseeing technical cost and schedule performance.

Aufgaben

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, translating work into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, break epics into estimable stories, define sprint objectives.
• Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution for the AN/TPY‑2 program portion.
• Support planning and execution activities including milestones, schedule updates, and earned value tracking.
• Contribute to system performance assessment, threat evaluation, and validation scenarios.
• Perform TPM assessments, trade studies, and performance gap analyses.
• Provide technical direction and resolve roadblocks with internal/external customers.
• Support proposals and monitor cost-to-complete status.
