Job summary

RTX's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center in Woburn, MA is seeking a Systems Engineer II to serve as Scrum Master for an agile team focused on system performance analysis and verification supporting AN/TPY-2.

This onsite role requires a DoD secret clearance, a STEM degree and hands-on experience with radar systems, Agile practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in radar data and performance analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from scope changes.
• Coach on Agile principles to strengthen collaboration and backlog quality.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering, product and stakeholders.
• Coordinate blockers, burndown metrics and cross-team dependencies.
• Support system performance assessment activities and TPM evaluations.
• Provide technical direction and manage roadblocks with internal/external customers.
• Monitor team planning and cost-to-complete status.
